Terms and Conditions of Using OSOULK Platform

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OSOULK website and mobile application, owned by OSOULK Real Estate Marketing Company and/or any of its affiliated companies (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

These Terms of Use consist of the terms and conditions stated below in addition to the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time. The Platform will automatically display a pop-up notification to inform users of any updates. Please review any changes by visiting the Legal Notices page once you receive such notification.

By using the OSOULK platform and subscribing to any advertising package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • OSOULK is a technology-based advertising platform only and is not a party to any sale or negotiation process.
  • The advertiser is fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of the advertisement content.
  • The subscription becomes active, and its duration is calculated, from the date the advertisement is activated.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after service activation.
  • The advertiser is obligated to provide accurate information, including a tax registration number (if applicable).
  • OSOULK reserves the right to suspend or remove any advertisement that violates the platform’s policies without refund.
  • By using the platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description

OSOULK provides an electronic technology platform for publishing real estate advertisements and is not a party to any sale or purchase transactions.

2. Subscriptions and Fees

  • Subscription fees are paid according to the selected advertising package.
  • The subscription period is calculated from the date the advertisement is activated.
  • All fees are non-refundable after activation.

3. Taxes

  • The user bears full responsibility for all tax obligations.
  • Osoulk assumes no responsibility for any tax violations or liabilities.

4. Content

  • The user is fully responsible for the content of the advertisement.
  • OSOULK reserves the right to remove or suspend any content that violates these terms or platform policies.

5. Suspension and Termination

OSOULK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in the event of a violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

OSOULK’s liability shall not exceed the value of the subscription fees paid by the user.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
